Hello I’m Rachel, I started a Professional Dog Walking and Pet Sitting business called Best Buddies back in 2015 which soon became a thriving booked out business.  

However i made mistakes along the way and the path to success was bumpy and stressful!  This blog is here to help any new, budding and even experienced Dog Walkers and Pet Sitters navigate their way through creating a Pet Business with ease, and without the headaches!

In 2018 i had a mission to help other budding Pet Businesses get started, and The Petpreneur Network was born, a friendly community for entrepreneurs within the Pet Industry, offering support, advice and helping them to create amazingly successful businesses without the stress and overwhelm. (This service is taking a break right now but may be back in some form in the future).

I started a blog originally as a kind of diary for me to look back on and also to share some of the funny moments that happen on a daily basis.  Well I can’t keep being whacked with my own shoe by a Labrador, nearly being dragged into a river by a Doberman,  and being headbutted on numerous occasions to myself can I??  I hope that someone out there might be inspired, entertained or take something from my day-to-day life as a dog walker.  Enjoy!
